Improvements for Gamepad and Mouse

Smithing Handbook (where you find all the recipies) is now pausing the game, so that you have time to look at it. Added open and close book sound.

Better Gamepad support, with D-Pad.
Added "virtual keyboard" to online Leaderboard, to enter your name via Gamepad (D-Pad), Analogstick not working for entering your name.

Customers now stay 5 seconds longer.
Item Sprites in the Forge are now higher up, to not interfere so much with the character sprite

From the last update: Hammer Animation for anvil minigame added

Mouse Movement is now possible with right mouse click, interact is left mouse click.
